•El pago se realizará al 100% una vez que se llegue a un acuerdo sobre la comisión, con un plazo de 15 días para la entrega de la misma. Durante la demanda alta, puede tardar hasta 1 mes. El sistema al aceptar pedidos será con un limite de 4 personas por lista; mientras los trabajos vayan siendo finalizados se informara a quienes se mantengan en lista de espera cuanto antes.•En caso de complicaciones que impidan cumplir con el tiempo estimado, se informará al cliente.•Si la comisión se necesita para una fecha fija, avísame desde el principio.🌻 🎨 Modificaciones y Cambios 🎨
•Solo se permitirán cambios durante la etapa de Sketch y Colores base.•Una vez que se comience el Renderizado, no se permitirán modificaciones que afecten notoriamente el trabajo; solo se aceptarán detalles como ajustes de iluminación o coloreado (saturación y contraste).•Si se requiere un cambio fuera de estas normas, se aplicará un recargo del %25 del precio acordado.🌷 🌼 Propuestas y Avances 🌼
•Más allá del listado de SI/NO, se aceptan propuestas para evaluar su viabilidad.•Si me siento incómoda o no puedo realizar la comisión, lo informaré o rechazaré.•Los avances se realizarán de forma periódica para mostrar el proceso del encargo.🌻 💸 Reembolsos y Cancelaciones 💸
•Los reembolsos completos SOLO están disponibles ANTES de que comience la comisión.•Si se cancela una vez que la comisión esté en la fase de boceto, se puede recibir un reembolso parcial dependiendo del avance de la obra.•Cuando se inicie la fase de coloreado y renderizado, ya no se podrá realizar el reembolso.🌷 📜 Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual 📜
•Conservo todos los derechos sobre el trabajo entregado, incluyendo el derecho a usarlo en mi portafolio y redes sociales (con los créditos correspondientes).Si deseas que la comisión permanezca privada, por favor avísame desde el principio.🌻 ⚠️ Uso Comercial y Créditos ⚠️
•El uso comercial está prohibido. Si la comisión es publicada, agradecería que se incluyan los créditos correspondientes.•No puedes copiar las ilustraciones ni reclamar que son tuyas; siempre debes acreditarme como la autora. No puedes editar las ilustraciones. No entrenes IA con mis dibujos. No los uses para acciones que violen reglas y leyes (no me hago responsable de las infracciones cometidas por el comprador al usar la obra).🌷 📞 Comunicación 📞
•La comunicación se llevará a cabo por medio de DM en Instagram/VGen o correo electrónico. Cualquier falta de respeto o comportamiento apresurado puede llevar a una cancelación del trabajo o bloqueo.•En caso de querer apresurar el tiempo estimado en el que se acordó la entrega del trabajo se puede realizar con un recargo del %25📜 Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual 📜
Me reservo el derecho de rechazar pedidos debido a comportamientos inapropiados o solicitudes explícitas.
Me reservo el derecho de usar las ilustraciones con fines promocionales o para incluirlas en mi portafolio.

Thank you for considering my work for your commission! ٩(´ω`)۶♡ Please read all the terms carefully below to accept the request.🌷 💖 Payment and Delivery Details 💖
• Payment will be made at 100% once an agreement is reached regarding the commission, with a delivery timeframe of 15 days. During high demand, it may take up to 1 month. The system for accepting orders will have a limit of 4 people on the list; as jobs are completed, those on the waiting list will be informed as soon as possible.• In case of complications that prevent meeting the estimated time, the client will be informed.• If the commission is needed for a fixed date, please let me know from the beginning.🌻 🎨 Modifications and Changes 🎨
• Changes will only be allowed during the Sketch and Base Colors stage.• Once rendering begins, no modifications that significantly affect the work will be allowed; only details such as lighting adjustments or coloring (saturation and contrast) will be accepted.• If a change outside these rules is required, a surcharge of 25% of the agreed price will be applied.🌷 🌼 Proposals and Progress 🌼
• Beyond the YES/NO list, proposals will be accepted to evaluate their feasibility.• If I feel uncomfortable or unable to carry out the proposed commission, I will inform or reject it.• Progress will be shown periodically to demonstrate the status of the commission.🌻 💸 Refunds and Cancellations 💸
• Full refunds are ONLY available BEFORE the commission begins.• If canceled once the commission is in the sketch phase, a partial refund may be given depending on the progress of the work.• Once the coloring and rendering phase begins, refunds will no longer be possible.🌷 📜 Intellectual Property Rights 📜
• I retain all rights to the delivered work, including the right to use it in my portfolio and on social media (with appropriate credits). If you wish for the commission to remain private, please inform me from the beginning.🌻 ⚠️ Commercial Use and Credits ⚠️
• Commercial use is prohibited. If the commission is published, I would appreciate it if appropriate credits are included.• You may not copy the illustrations or claim them as your own; you must always credit me as the author. You may not edit the illustrations. You may not train AI with my drawings. Do not use them for actions that violate rules and laws (I am not responsible for any infringements committed by the buyer when using the work).🌷 📞 Communication 📞
